I live in Sutherland and started making my own candles as I wanted a designer type but without the price tag also most designer candles were paraffin and I prefer to use soya wax after gifting them to friends and got great feedback I began to do a few local craft fairs the scrubs came about as I am really lazy about moisturising my skin so by using the scrub before getting out of the shower I was delighted with how my skin felt and again got great feedback from friends I then had my recipe tested and was able to sell them at craft fairs too.

I also try my hand with jewellery and many other crafts I am always attracted to other crafts and that is why I came up with the name Little Magpie now Little Highland Magpie
